Editors Review: HDPE Rotomolded plastic hull with pointed pontoons has good combination of speed and lower weight. Add to that the ability to tie off to the dock, this is one of the better consumer pedal boats on the market. Not a dry ride at feet, water flows both ways... but not bad, depends on weight of people in front of boat. Better speed than equinox unit because of pointed pontoons. Seat backs have a few issues read seat back review below. Steering is simple and durable vs. hidden linkage bar mechanisms inside boats. Plastic and new aluminum(commercial grade) pedal drive has major problems at commercial level. No foam inside hull, beware of hull penetration or leaks, hard to get water out if gets inside, has drains on back deck. Bimini top is cumbersome to deal with and has had breakage problems at both retail and commercial level, if your loading and unloading from a dock beware top doesn't move out of your way. Entry level commercial boat if budget doesn't allow for a preferred self bailing and foam filled units. If all pedal boats boats are rated as good better and best... this boat is better.
