Construction is a two part thermoformed polyethylene boat, best if stored inside or under a shed for water trapping issues, not sun related issues. Material holds up very well in sun. It does have a drain plug in the back and on the side for water that could get trapped between hull and deck. Listed size may fool you, measurements from transom plate to bow is 9'2". Extended running surface causes the 10' measurement. Rear transom is also 15" high from ground, so side height is approximately 16-17". The 23 listed is height to top of bow trolling motor bracket.
